It is with immense gratitude that we share with you the Teach For Armenia 2022 Annual Report , “ Enabling Collective Leadership ,” and the remarkable progress made by our organization this year .
At Teach For Armenia we firmly believe in the power of collective leadership . It is through the shared efforts of dedicated individuals , organizations , and communities that we have been able to create lasting change in the educational landscape of Armenia and Artsakh , and we extend our heartfelt thanks to each of you for contributing to the success and growth of our movement .
Aligned with our vision for the future , we are proud to reaffirm our 2050 Promise , a bold commitment to the students of our nation , that by the time they are 25 years old , our country will be transformed because of their leadership .
Among our many accomplishments to enable collective leadership in Armenia and Artsakh , 2022 marked the launch of our Master ’ s program in Teacher Leadership with Yerevan State University , the first graduate degree in Armenia to focus on educational equity . In 2022 , we also became the first nonprofit organization in Armenia with the ability to grant pedagogical certification , and celebrated the expansion of our Teacher Leadership Program into Vayots Dzor , our tenth and final region in Armenia , achieving our goal to reach every region of the country .
