OPERATIONS VS . PROGRAM COST RATIO PROGRESSION
As an organization , we strive to optimize our efficiency by directing a higher percentage of funds to direct programmatic costs , while ensuring that we are also dedicating a necessary amount of funding to the operational costs that make our work possible . Our mission to enable collective leadership across the country is not possible without the right team and resources in place to actualize it . With the growth of our program and the addition of diverse initiatives to support our mission , we added a new cost category of Program Support to our cost composition breakdown in 2021 and 2022 , to better reflect the allocation of resources within our organization . We are proud to say that according to Charity Navigator ' s financial performance metrics , Teach For Armenia is within the optimal range for Operations vs . Program expenses .
