Just like our two-year core Leadership Development Program , Seroond is powered by people . On the network level , there is a Head of Seroond who manages the entire network and oversees strategy and Seroond Leadership Development Managers at each school . This role is charged with implementing the school transformation project and these individuals are prepared to eventually become school principals . All existing teachers become Seroond Teachers . In addition , we place at least two Teach For Armenia Alumni-
Ambassadors in the school to serve as Instructional-Leaders ( i . e . teachers of teachers ). This staffing model is replicated at every Seroond school and creates a scalable ecosystem of talent and leadership .
Any Teach For Armenia partner school with at least 15 teachers on staff and two vacant subject areas may apply to join the Seroond network . Teach For Armenia prioritizes underserved communities on the border and in proximity to conflict . Currently , Teach For
