In an exit survey , 100 % of teams indicated that the funding they received from Teach For Armenia allowed their startup to grow and prepare for launch . Eighty percent of teams indicated that they were satisfied with the support they received during the Incubate phase .
In September 2021 , two startups were selected to enter the final Accelerate stage of the program – Havasar and Zardeni . The CEO of Zardeni is Teach For Armenia Alumni-Ambassador Knara Ter-Hovhannisyan and the Chair of the Board of Havasar is Teach For Armenia Alumni-Ambassador Garik Tsatryan . During the Accelerate stage in 2022 , they will continue receiving a monthly salary from Teach For Armenia and funding to launch their products . Over the course of ten months , they will work as independent organizations to improve their prototypes and take them to market . Applications for the Accelerate stage were reviewed by a committee including Teach For Armenia ’ s CEO Larisa Hovannisian , Deputy CEO Ruiz Clark , Head of Learning and Innovation Edith Soghomonyan , Innovation Manager Haykuhi Hovannisyan , and Leadership Pathways Manager Armine Gevorgyan .
