At Teach For Armenia , we are cultivating a movement of impact-driven leaders who extend educational opportunities to all children in Armenia and Artsakh . Every year , we use a collection of tools to measure our progress towards this mission within our organization and at every level of our school communities . To understand how Teacher-Leaders perceive our organizational culture , Teacher For Armenia administers the Kochari Culture Survey . To gauge how students perceive their teachers and classroom environments , we administer the Panorama Student Survey . Additionally , we use three assessment tools to measure academic and socio-emotional learning outcomes among our students : Student Voice Rubric , Student Leadership Self-Inventory , and Student Academic Assessments .
Since creating our organizational Theory of Leadership , the Teach For Armenia Kochari , we have administered the Kochari Culture Survey to understand Teacher- Leaders ’ perceptions of our organizational culture . The survey asks Teacher- Leaders how they feel about our 2050 Promise , our movement for educational equity , and whether they feel heard and valued by Teach For Armenia .
