Teach For All
Teach For Armenia is part of the Teach For All network , a global community of 61 independently led and funded partner organizations that seek to end educational inequity . Because of the network , we are seeing a growing movement of equity-minded leaders here in Armenia and Artsakh , and around the world .
All year-round , Teach For All provides partners with spaces to share their knowledge and collaborate across borders . Every one of our departments has access to the Teach For All Partner Learning Portal of resources . They also connect with their peers in different countries through regularly scheduled community calls on topics ranging from social innovation and fundraising to recruitment and communications . This access to resources and community were critical for responding to the pandemic and Artsakh war . Specifically , through Teach For All ’ s Education in Emergencies Initiative , we received guidance and training to implement our Emergency Education Response and support students displaced through the conflict in Armenia and Artsakh .
Every year , Teach For All convenes a Global Conference that brings together members of the network and its broader community to connect , learn , and celebrate our collective achievements . During the eighth annual Global Conference in October 2021 , Teach For Armenia ’ s Seroond program was selected as a “ Network Breakthrough ,” which is an honor given to partners who have pioneered a game-changing innovation that can serve as a model for partners around the world . Additionally , we presented our Káits Social Innovation Incubator on a panel entitled “ When Schools Drive Social Change : The Future of School Leadership .”
Furthermore , Teach For All supports Teach For Armenia ’ s efforts to scale through fundraising . The global organization serves as the subgrantor of multiple international grants that have allowed Teach For Armenia to grow its programming . They include our largest Anonymous donor and the Don ’ t Stop Learning Fund , which aims to sustain and accelerate learning in response to the pandemic . Through Teach For All ’ s partnership with Deutsche Post DHL , we have also received approximately $ 100,000 to support Change-Based Learning over the last few years .
