Leadership Pathways for Alumni-Ambassadors

Introduction

Teach For Armenia ’ s mission entails building a movement of leaders who will advocate for educational equity at every level of influence — from the classroom and civil society to government and the private sector . This means that for program participants , their two years as Teacher-Leaders are just the beginning of a much longer journey . After completing our Leadership Development Program , participants may choose to continue teaching in their communities or elsewhere , as well as take advantage of different pathways we are forging for Alumni-Ambassadors to remain in education . Those pathways include : Innovation , Public Policy , Teacher Leadership , School Leadership , in addition to special projects and initiatives that are implemented with partners across Armenia and Artsakh .
