As an organization that prides itself on “ Striving for Excellence ” and “ Constant Learning ,” both of which are our core values , we believe it is important to regularly gather input from our program participants in order to understand how we can continuously improve . At the beginning of the year , the Program Team set out to achieve a 90 % completion rate on mid and end-of-year Leadership Development Program surveys , with 80 % of respondents agreeing or strongly agreeing with its statements . In June 2020 , we conducted a survey with our fourth and fifth generations of Teacher-Leaders , through which we had a 94 % response rate and 96 % answered favorably to various statements about the quality of our program and partnership with them .
Moreover , as we closed out 2020 , we also conducted a survey to gauge the extent to which our Teacher-Leaders feel connected to the organization ’ s Kochari . Through the survey , we were excited to see that 96 % of our fifth and sixth generations of Teacher- Leaders believe in our Kochari . Furthermore , 96 % of our Teacher-Leaders also think that they are developing the knowledge and skills necessary to be innovative teachers and they believe that they have a role to play in eliminating educational inequity . With such high survey results , we are confident that we are building a movement of leaders who will advocate on behalf of Armenia ’ s students to realize Our 2050 Promise .
