Our Leadership Development Program is a transformative journey in leadership — an intensive experience in professional development and a commitment to service . Teacher-Leaders work as classroom teachers in underserved schools and community role models for two years , impacting the lives of children and community members on a daily basis and changing the course of the future for the younger generation . After their service , our dedicated Teacher-Leaders join a global community of Alumni Ambassadors — professional lifelong leaders with skills formed by their classroom experience .
