SHAPING ARMENIA ’ S FUTURE ONE CLASSROOM AT A TIME
For the past five years , we have worked to build a solid foundation and an effective approach to impact classrooms and communities through teacher leadership . Despite the obstacles we have experienced amazing progress , expanding in scale and scope to partner with schools and communities across the nation as well as government ministries and public organizations . Through our Leadership Development Program , we have cultivated champions for educational excellence . Indeed , we have created a movement , one which is poised to transform Armenia ’ s education system and the development of the country as a whole .
In the next five years and beyond , we are excited to build upon our efforts . This is a pivotal time not only for our organization but for the entire country . Due to recent political shifts and demand for reforms , followed by the Velvet Revolution , the possibility of sweeping changes in Armenia toward democracy and economic growth is real . Due to our hard work and preparation throughout the years , we are uniquely positioned to leverage our efforts to further catalyze long-term shifts in the Armenian ecosystem .
Armenia requires revisions to its educational policies to provide access to a quality education for all its children . Our movement is rapidly gaining more and more momentum , and as we continue to expand , we will be the driving force of educational advocacy and reform .
We are closer than ever to making our vision a reality .
