LEFT : The Land Grille Room was sponsored by Kraft and featured fruit , veggies , and cheese on the menu . RIGHT : At the time , the Coral Reef Restaurant was one of a few restaurants that served wine and spirits .
It ’ s time to set sail and see the greenhouses from a boat on Listen to the Land . During the ride , you see the African desert , the rainforest , and a farm from the past .
These scenes will all come full circle when you sit down for dinner . Before the “ grey stuff was delicious ,” the vegetables and cheese could sing and dance . In Kitchen Kabaret , bread plays the trumpet , the pineapple cha-chas , and a carton of milk tears up the mic with his sassy French dairy products .
This show is a musical menagerie of the food pyramid , and it has you laughing , learning , and leaving with a growling stomach .
Your last stop is dinner at The Land Grille Room . This restaurant has a changing view as it slowly spins through scenes from Listen to the Land . There ’ s that farmhouse you saw earlier .
EXPLORING AND EATING UNDER THE SEA With a belly full of cheese , nuts , and mushroom “ meat ” balls , it ’ s time to dive below the surface over at The Living Seas . After your ride to the bottom of the sea in a hydrolator , you watch Jason , the underwater robot , hanging out in the coral reef .
Photo op ! Try on the atmospheric diving suit . You have to use up that whole roll of film , after all , and the end of the day is nearing .
The Coral Reef Restaurant is the other big attraction . The restaurant is actually inside one of the saltwater environments . Diners munch on seafood as fish and SCUBA divers swim by .
LASERS , LIGHTS , SYNTHESIZERS With a full belly and aching feet , you have just one more stop before heading back to one of the five Disney resorts .
With its lasers and synthesizer-filled soundtrack , Laserphonic Fantasy , the nighttime show , feels about as ’ 80s as neon and a Bon Jovi concert .
Congrats ! You have had quite a successful ( and busy !) day in EPCOT . It ’ s time to say goodnight to Future World , hop on the Monorail , and rest up for your adventure tomorrow at Discovery Island .
