s the summer starts to heat up,
we may find ourselves spending our
days surrounded by family and friends at backyard
BBQs and long days at the beach. However, just
because you are enjoying yourself doesn’t mean
your nutrition has to take a backseat. You’ve been
working hard all winter long to feel good and rock
that bikini body, so don’t set yourself up to fall right
back into old habits!
Being prepared by planning ahead will be your
best friend for social events this summer. Packing
your own meals will be a lifesaver, and they can
also be a lot of fun to make! I’m not saying that you
can’t enjoy a treat, but the entire day doesn’t have
