Here is my schedule for a typical workday.
I live about 40 minutes outside of Manhattan.
6:30-7:30 I take my local Boot camp class in my town for my own personal workout
9:00-9:45 Quickly shower and drive to NYC for work
11:30 Well, that took a long time! The tunnel into NYC had a 30 minute delay. As I park my car 4 blocks from my club on
42nd street, I am informed that parking went up to $52 for the day! The train is looking much better!
12:15 The club is packed! There are 70 members in the lunchtime class and the cardio section is almost full. It’s a great
day in the club. I walk around, do club inspections and cleanliness checks
1:15 I jump in a cab to go uptown to the main office. I know, I should be taking the subway! In the main office, I work on
upcoming promotions, classes, social media programs and more.
4:15 Time to head back to the club. I take another cab, but I know I need to be taking the subway.
5:15 Back in the club working with front desk with the staff!
6:30 Class time! I am teaching TDF Dance tonight! Teaching group fitness is my happy place!
8:30 In the car, finally driving home! I am very hyper from teaching late at night so I am singing and dancing and enter
taining my fellow commuters
9:30 Finally home and time to relax!
So yes working in fitness in NYC is tiring, it requires long hours but there is nothing in the world
like the exciting hustle and bustle of NYC! And all the tips I posted earlier can be applied
anywhere not just in the big city.

“People are not scared OF change, they are scared of BEING changed”
I recently read this and it hit me because we get lost in what we think “change” is that we instantly get emotional. What emotion would that invoke in you? Do you get scared, excited, nervous, hopeful? What if I could
take those emotions and help you make some serious stick-with-you changes that won’t leave you feeling
like you have been change in a negative way?
Would you take the leap of faith on yourself? Would you take the leap of faith on me and give me just 21 days
to show you that you do have it in you to make changes and not be changed!!!
