The 2021 Pink Ball Golf Tournament raised $ 70,000 for cancer research at OHSU Knight Cancer Institute . Thank you Niners Committee for a job

The personal stories of Charbonneau residents like Marla Toma and Cherie Sanville touched many . And Michael Allan Harrison enjoyed not only playing in the golf tournament but entertaining us with his piano music . We thank John and Diana Meyer for their winning bid of a $ 1,000 donation . Michael shared his story about paying it forward with his music and instructions and will join us next year for Pink Ball .
Our Niners performance “ Queens of Music ” was deemed our best ever . All three shows were sold out . We performed at our end-of-the-year banquet . Wolf whistles , clapping and foot stomping by Mary Jane Hunt and Patty Box certainly motivated us ! Joanna Sawyer has already announced the 2022 performance will be “ Niners on the Road Again ,” featuring music from U . S . states and cities . Enjoy performing ? Join us !
Congratulations and welcome three current Niners to the 2022 Niners Executive Board ! Cathy Loffink will be the vice president , Marsha Wadsworth will be the treasurer and Sandy Esterson will be the secretary .
Cathy Loffink was raised in Shawno , Wisconsin , and then moved to Texas , Ohio , West Virginia , Illinois and finally Oregon .
She and Larry have been married for 43 years . They have a son , daughter and three grandchildren . Her hobbies are gardening , golf , swimming , and anything outdoors . Cathy ’ s favorite hobby is sewing . Until the age of 12 , she was sewing all her own clothes . She sewed her costume for Shania Twain singing
