Gymnastics After months of training, 31 pupils represented the school at the annual Perth and Kinross Council School Gymnastics Championships on Tuesday 21 February. Pupils from P1 through to S6 took part and they looked fantastic in the new school leotards. Out of five categories we had four team podium finishes and three individual champions all recognised below. Outside of the medals there were some Gymnasts participating in their first competition and some huge individual improvements. Mrs Tramontanas is very proud of the team’ s achievements. Without the assistance of volunteers( Terri Gow, Morag Latto and S6 pupil, Charis McCrosson), Gymnastics Development Officer( Laura Munro) and Auchterarder Gymnastics Club, this school success would not have been possible. We are all very grateful to them for their support.

Football Success
Congratulations go to S5 pupil Euan O’ Reilly who has been selected to play for the Scottish Schools Football Association’ s Centenary Shield fixtures against England, Republic of Ireland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
The first fixture, against England, is to be played at Greenock Morton FC on Friday 3 March at 7.00 pm, followed by a game at Renfrew FC on Thursday 6 April against Republic of Ireland, again a 7.00 pm kick-off.
