The class organised a ‘Touch of Purple’ Day on 5 March whereby pupils were invited to wear something purple and/or to purchase fabric crocuses for £1. The class also made an excellent presentation about this terrible disease to the Secondary Assembly. The money raised by the school will be doubled by the Rotary Club and that total in turn will be tripled by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Twitter
