MEET THE PARTICIPANTS thankful for the opportunity to perform in a play. Danny wants to thank his family and friends for their continuous support. “Enjoy the festival!” Aliya Musselman (Assistant Director, I Put a Spell On You) This is Aliya’s first time volunteering in the Festival. It is also her first time assistant directing. She enjoyed working with the director, playwright, and the whole cast. Aliya enjoys volunteering at TCR and wants to encourage others to volunteer as well. “It’s always nice to make new friends!” -Disney’s Enchanted. Troy Neumann (World of Lovelies) This is Troy’s first production with TCR Underground and he is so thrilled to have this experience. Troy is a freshman this year at Prairie. He has performed in musicals at Prairie (Zombie Prom) and St. Mark’s Lutheran Church (Unfrozen and When Christmas Came) and Old Capital Opera’s West Side Story. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with family and friends. He would like to shout out a special thanks to his family and friends who gave him all the encouragement to pursue his acting. “Thank you to TCR for this great experience and thank you for supporting the arts. Enjoy the show!” Meg Norris (Feeding, For the Care and Control of the Insane) Meg feels at home returning to the Underground Festival for round 3, also having performed in Grandon theatre for multiple improv and cabaret class showcases. Having worked in a direct care house for individuals with disabilities, her Feeding performance is dedicated to the individuals/staff she met along the way. Her role as Ophelia is dedicated to Ben, for dealing with her craziness for 10 years. “You see all my light and you love my dark.” Kaitlin Oswood (Good-Bye Glinda, Toilet Note) Kaitlin has performed in a handful of musicals/plays at TCR and is thrilled to be a part of the Underground Festival again this year. Kaitlin serves as the Director of Development for the Iowa Startup Accelerator and enjoys traveling, hanging with
