MEET THE PARTICIPANTS WILL REINIG THE COUNSELORS/SUICIDE ANONYMOUS This is Will’s first time performing in any TCR production and his first time being on stage in almost a decade. Despite this lengthy performance gap, he has worked to keep his acting skills sharp by acting uninterested in eating a whole box of fruit roll-ups in one sitting and pretending to not care that his teenage cousin is finally taller than him. Will is often kept busy off stage with anxiety from being an ISU fan. DAVID SCANLON TINDER NEVER LIES David is beyond excited to be a part of the Underground Festival for a second year, and to help bring a new story to the community. Special thanks to Shelby, Michael, and Nick for being so gracious with their time, talent, and patience while we got this little diddy on its feet. Also thanks Emma, Rachel, and Janeve for their endless patience and superior abilitiy to keep a festival like this on the rails, running smoothly. JENNA SMITH SUICIDE ANONYMOUS/ THEODOSIA Jenna is incredibly excited to be a FESTIVAL | theatrecr.org part of the Underground Festival. Jenna recently was a part of Annie with TCR, as well as The Giving Tree’s production of The Elephant Man. She would like to thank the directors at TCR for giving her a chance to perform, her dad for always supporting her impractical dreams, Alex for his incredible patience and love, and Buddy the Dog for being the best buddy there is. JOSEPH ALAN SMITH SUICIDE ANONYMOUS Joseph is thrilled to be involved in this year’s Underground Festival! A graduate of Iowa State, recent on stage credits include Annie (TCR), Grease (TCR), and Secret Garden (ISU). This is his directorial debut in the Corridor! Other directing credits include Leaving Tampa (One Act Festival at ISU) and Christopher Durang’s Wanda’s Visit (One Act Festival at ISU). He’d like to dedicate this show to all those seeking light.
