LATE SEATING POLICY
In consideration of our other
patrons, latecomers may be
seated in a designated area
during an appropriate break in
the performance. They may then
find their seats at intermission.
ELECTRONIC DEVICES
Please check in or tweet your
current location to tell your
friends where you are, then
promptly turn off all electronic
devices. Cameras and recording
devices are prohibited during
performances.
REFRESHMENTS
No food is allowed in the
auditorium. Beverages are
allowed if they are in a sippy
cup or water bottle. No outside
food or drink is allowed in the
building.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in the
building, including e-cigarettes.
Smoking may occasionally
occur on stage in context of the
performance.
PATRONS WITH SPECIAL
NEEDS
We will make every effort to
accommodate those patrons with
special needs. Please check with
the Box Office when making
reservations.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located on all three
floors of the lobby.
TICKET POLICY
Tickets are non-refundable.
They may be exchanged for a
different performance of the same
production, subject to availability,
24 hours in advance. Exchanges
are free for subscribers; processing
fees apply to all other exchanges.
You may also donate your tickets
as a charitable contribution.
GROUP RATES
Discount rates are available
for groups of 10 or more for
all performances. Private
performances are also available
for groups and organizations.
Contact the Box Office to make
a reservation.
CANCELLATIONS
In the highly unlikely event that
a performance is canceled, you
will have the option to exchange
tickets for a future performance of
the same show or receive credit
towards a future performance of
another show. Cancellation notices
will be posted on the TCR website:
