TCR’S FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS...
LATE SEATING POLICY - In
consideration of our other
patrons, latecomers may be
seated in a designated area
during an appropriate break
in the performance. They
may then find their seats at
intermission.

PATRONS WITH SPECIAL
NEEDS - We will make every
effort to make
accommodations for those
patrons with special needs.
Please check with the Box
Office when making
reservations.

ELECTRONIC DEVICES Using your smartphones,
please check in or tweet your
current location to tell your
friends where you are, then
promptly turn off all
electronic devices. Cameras
and recording devices are
prohibited during
performances.

RESTROOMS - Restrooms are
located on all three floors of
the lobby.

REFRESHMENTS - No food
allowed in the auditorium.
Beverages are allowed if they
are in a sippy cup or water
bottle.
SMOKING - Smoking is not
permitted in the building,
including e-cigarettes.
Smoking may occasionally
occur on stage in context of
the performance.

TICKET POLICY - Tickets are
non-refundable. They may
be exchanged for a different
performance of the same
production, free of charge,
subject to availability. Turn in
your tickets at least 24 hours
prior to the performance
and the purchase price will
be counted as a charitable
contribution.
GROUP RATES - Discount
rates are available for groups
of 10 or more for all
performances. Private
performances are also
available for groups and
organizations. Contact the
Box Office to make a
reservation.
