TCR Playbills A Christmas Story, The Musical Playbill | Page 15
Augie Charipar (Ensemble)
Augie is in 6th grade at McKinley
Middle School. Augie loves
acting - he has always been like
this. Augie has been in several
productions at TCR and he has
loved every one of them. From A
Christmas Carol to Wizard of Oz
and his favorite, To Kill a
Mockingbird, they were the
happiest times of his life. He
believes that everyone deserves
to find something they love as
much as he loves performing on
stage. The best part of his TCR
experience is getting to spend
time with his Aunt Leslie who is
one of his idols.
Russell Clayton (Ensemble)
Russell is excited to be a part of
his first TCR production, although
you may have seen him on the
stage at Marion High School.
Russell is a culinary arts student
at Kirkwood Community College.
He enjoys singing, cooking,
writing and staying active in his
spare time. He hopes to leave
the audience with a laugh to
remember!
Gretchen Hunt (Mother)
Gretchen is excited to be a part
of A Christmas Story, The Musical
after having been in the chorus
of the Rodgers and Hammerstein
concert at the Paramount Theater
and volunteering on the costume
crew for TCR. She is a software
engineer by day and mom to five
boys and two girls. She wants
to give a special thanks to her
hubby for being so generous and
allowing her all the time away
from their seven kids to be a part
of this play.
Emily Irwin (Miss Shields/
Ensemble) Emily is excited to
hit the TCR stage for her second
show; she previously appeared in
Mary Poppins. When not
indulging her theatre habit, Emily
can be found process
engineering at International
Paper or with her nose in a book.
She’d like to thank her friends
and family for their support, as
well as the cast, crew, and
directors for making this
experience a memorable one sure feels like a major award!
