For over 30 years , Tracey has called North Atlanta home , gaining extensive knowledge of the area , including the serene North Georgia lake and majestic mountain properties . Before embarking on her real estate career , her former career as a paralegal and court reporter honed skills that would later prove invaluable in strategic negotiations and creative problem solving when advocating for clients . Her meticulous attention detail ensures seamless and successful transactions for her clients . As a RESA certified home stager , Tracey leverages her talent in staging and design and uses the latest innovative technology to curate relevant and impactful marketing . Originally from Nashville , TN ( Go Vols !), Tracey graduated summa cum laude from Georgia State University and has lived in the Milton / Alpharetta area with her husband , three children , and golden retrievers ever since . She is passionate in giving back to her local community , volunteering with various organizations . As an empty nester , she and her husband love traveling , hiking , boating ( fun fact-they are both boat captains ), and spending quality time together in Blue Ridge . She also enjoys college football , tennis , and pickleball .
