steps in Žalgiriai school were taken in 2007. Like for the most peers that came in to a new collective they might have been shy and full of uncertainty. However, time showed that there was no worry about anything. Teachers and classmates were friendly, although I was a more closed-minded, and at school I felt cozy. Particularly warm memories remain of a wonderful English teacher Vaida Jucienė.

Now I am a historian, mostly working in scientific and science promotion projects related to the XIX-XX century history of the Lithuanian state. I also work in the Historical Presidential Palace of the Republic of Lithuania in Kaunas and I am a student at Vytautas Magnus University. My chosen path, after graduating from school in 2009, in one or another way is associated with the Žalgiriai gymnasium. Hardly I would write books today and I could attend conferences and internships around the world, if not the knowledge, discipline, and character qualities that I gained in the schools where I studied.

I, Gediminas Kasparavičius, graduated from Tauragė Žalgiriai Gymnasium in 2009. If I'm not mistaken, we were the first gymnasium graduates (after the school became the gymnasium)

I still have warm memories about the school, although I only studied the last two years of gymnasium and I had no time to fully express myself. The first steps in Žalgiriai school were taken in 2007.
