SWEET AND SPICY WINGS Chef Samantha Davis INGREDIENTS 2.5 lbs chicken wings 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon Allspice 1 tablespoon garlic 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 2 tablespoons Grace Organic Coconut Oil 1/3 cup Grace Sweet and Spicy hot sauce Salt and pepper to taste Scallion cut on the bias for garnish ** optional: allow to marinade up to two hours for increased flavor** DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut and clean chicken wings. Place in a large bowl and add all ingredients except for the hot sauce (set to the side). In a baking dish, pour chicken wings in and bake for 35-40 minutes until cooked through. Remove wings from liquid and place on a broil pan. Place in broiler until crisp on outside. In a large bowl, pour in the sweet and spicy hot sauce. Spoon the hot wings into the bowl and gently toss until every wing is lightly covered. Garnish with scallion. 55
