and it would be cool to make a video with story line, kinda like I did with Hemoptysis' Shadow of Death video. I am brainstorming the ideas now and will see what happens!

Did you release ”Inescapable Damnation” yourself by choice, or by necessity? (It is rather surprising that no labels have snapped you up!)

It was both my choice and necessity. It would have been nicer if somebody sat behind and helped with releasing/promoting this record, but I could not just sit and wait for no guarantee of having someone to release it especially I had Japan tour in September and wanted to sell this record at the shows.

I hope more people will give it a listen to this record and like it!

What made you decide to go with producer Ryan Greene? What things stand out most in your mind from working with him? I see that you are an accomplished recording engineer, why did you not produce ”Inescapable Damnation” on your own?

I had no other choice in my mind. Ryan is my best friend and a mentor. I've known him over 8 years now and I've attended his sessions countless times as an assistant and observer over the years. He puts more than 100% of his effort and time for every project and make a phenomenal records. When I first met him in 2007, it changed my life and I'm probably not here and doing music today if I didn't meet him. If you watch Metallica's A Year and a Half in the Life of Metallica, and see what Bob Rock does, that gives you an idea of what the real producer does to make the best record at the time with the band, and I am so fortunate to work with Ryan all the time. As an engineer, I respect him the most and it was an honor to have him mix my record. He did not produce "Inescapable Damnation", but had some help through tracking vocals, and I would love him to produce my record again!

You have done background vocals for Cancer Bats – Searching For Zero (2015),Benedictum – Dominion (2011) Grain of Truth – Grain of Truth (2009),Off Track – Explode (2008), how were those experiences for you? Any stand out moments?

It was all fun! I love doing it and become a part of the record. The most memorable one would be Cancer Bats' record. I went out for dinner with the guys and producer Ross Robinson, and went back to studio and I thought they were calling it a day because it was passed midnight after working a full day. That's when we started doing gang vocals for the song, Satellite and Ross had us to put some hot sauce in our eyes to get more energy from us. It was pretty intense and painful, but we all shared pain including Ross and it turned out to most fun and energetic tracking session and came out great! I had a blast!

Thank you for your time! Any last words in parting?
