unitization staffing method will help you achieve effective and
efficient custodial, grounds, and maintenance department related
schedules and assignments. Unitization and standardization will
provide the right kind of information to support important administrative decisions, including staffing and budgeting.

How Hard Can a Small Construction Project
Be?
Room:
Presenter(s):
342E
Cameron Hollomon | TASB
Many school districts feel that a small construction project is just
that, small. In reality, small construction projects can become
just as precarious as large projects. Even projects taken on by
the school district’s own maintenance and operations department
with minimal assistance from design professionals can present
challenges. Small projects have budgets, design requirements,
code requirements, and still must meet the district’s expectations.
This session will help maintenance and operations staff understand the complexities of even the smallest construction projects.
