E ach year immediately following the Annual Conference, Board Members and Staff debrief together to assess the educational offerings, exhibits, venues, food, beverage, and other conference activities. Staff uses this information, along with member surveys, to plan the next year’s conference. Based on what we learned from the previous conferences, volunteers and staff have been busy planning this year’s Annual Conference and we believe that this year’s conference will be one of our best! This year’s event in Houston promises to be packed with a multitude of learning opportunities along with plenty of time to network with colleagues and friends from across the state. I have been attending TASBO’s Annual Conferences for more than 25 years. I am not sure where all the years went, but I still remember lessons I learned and recognize connections I made from the first conferences I attended many, many years ago. I confess, I never thought I would officially make it to the “experienced, older, wiser” category. We’re excited to invite Steve Uzze
