It will provide a look at some of the dramatic swings in property value that have been occurring among school districts and will examine some implications associated with property value growth and decline, particularly as school districts transition out of target revenue funding. We will discuss prudent budget practices in times of value growth and decline. We will also discuss TEA estimates and the cash-flow implications of rapid property value change.
