1 . Focus
Fr . Bishoy was a leader because “ It ’ s been said that leadership is making important but unpopular decisions . That ’ s certainly a partial truth , but I think it underscores the importance of focus . To be a good leader , we cannot major in minor things , and we must be less distracted . To get the few critical things done , he developed incredible selective ignorance trivial that didn ’ t drown him .” He did .

Fr . Bishoy was a leader because “ As a leader inspired with confidence and followership by having a clear vision , showing compassion and being a strong coach with kindness and generosity . He did .
3 . Transparency
Fr . Bishoy was a leader because “ he never bought into the concept of ‘ wearing the mask .’ As a leader , the only way he knows how to engender trust and buy-in from his team is to be 100 percent authentically , open sometimes faulty , but always passionate about God ’ s work at all times . No surprises .” He did .
4 . Integrity
Fr . Bishoy was a leader because “ his team were a direct reflection of his values , which he embodies as leaders . If we ’ re playing from a reactive and obsolete playbook of needing to be right instead of doing what ’ s right , then we limit the full potential of our services and lose quality talent . If we focus on becoming authentic in all our interactions , that will rub off on our services and culture and the rest takes care of itself .” He did .
5 . Inspiration
Fr . Bishoy was a leader because “ he told us that People always say I ’ m a self-made man . But there is no such thing . Leaders aren ’ t self-made ; he is driven . He gave us great inspiration and fantastic
advices and we were powered by his beliefs and an internal drive and passion . He always offered motivation to us , he knew the power of inspiration , and if someone can stand on his shoulders to achieve greatness , he is willingly to help them up .” He did .
6 . Passion
Fr . Bishoy was a leader because “ As you we must love what we do . In order to be truly successful at something , we must obsess over it and let it consume us . No matter how successful his services being , he was never satisfied and constantly push to do something bigger , better and greater . He leads by example not because he feels like it ’ s what he should do , but because it is his way of life .” He did .
7 . Innovation
Fr . Bishoy was a leader because “ In any system with finite resources and infinite expansion of population like our church services , or like all of humanity , innovation is essential for not only success but also survival . Fr . Bishoy ’ s innovations are his way of leading . Innovation is his only hope to solve our challenges .” He did .
8 . Patience
Fr . Bishoy was a leader because “ His patience is really courage that ’ s meant to test our commitment to our cause . He taught us the path to great things is always tough , but he understands when to abandon the cause and when to stay the course . He did .
9 . Impassiveness
Fr . Bishoy was a leader because “ It ’ s expected to find ourselves in some real hard situations , whether mistakes , unexpected disappointments or dishonest adversaries . Fr . Bishoy ’ s Stoicism is at its core , accepting and anticipating this in advance , so that we don ’ t get disappointed , react emotionally and aggravate things further .
