The Resurrection of God Almighty
“ That I may know Him and the power of His resurrection , and the fellowship of His sufferings , being conformed to His death .” ( Phil . 3:10 ) Very early Sunday morning the Lord Jesus was risen from the dead . There are several evidences for His resurrection . These evidences are to prove that
whatsoever for our Lord to be risen . Another clear proof of the reality of the resurrection was the linen that was lying by itself and the burial cloth that had been around Jesus ' head folded by itself separate from the linen . His resurrection was a triumph over all who opposed Him . The One own power and by His own will . All those who were raised before , such as the son of the Shunammite woman , were raised by other people who were praying and interceding God to give life to that person . Also , the Lord Christ was seen by many of His disciples after His resurrection . He the One who was risen is the True God who grants eternal life to those who believe in Him and follow His life-giving commandments . The Lord Jesus came out of the tomb while the tomb was closed . He is the Almighty with the absolute power . The tight guarding and the large stone , which was against the door of the tomb , were not obstacles who left the tomb empty on Sunday at dawn was the same One who came out of the Virgin Mary ’ s womb with her virginity sealed . Also , He was the same One who appeared to His disciples after resurrection into the place where they gathered together while the doors were completely closed . The Lord Christ was risen from the dead by His
43 appeared and talked to them . That appearance gave them courage and strengthened them . Therefore , we rejoice in the Resurrection of our Lord God . May the Lord Jesus who was risen from the dead raise us from anything that may hinder us from attaining the heavenly goal ( Eternal life ). Amen
