Dear TAOND ,
When I was little I always wanted to be a teacher and I went to school for it , but was not for me . Then I went to Gloria Francis School of Make-up Artistry for Nails . I love being in the school and it felt like this was my calling .
When I graduated from the school , I went to work for someone and I had a temporary license . When I was working for her , all of the little kids came to me because of my nail art . While I was working , I brought my nail art kit with me all the time . She gave me magazines to help me to do new nail art so then I can duplicate them on customers .
I love doing Nail Art and the way I express myself is through it . I also can do Nail Art of what other people like . If I need time to myself I will go to my Art Studio , where I can be myself and play around . When I do nails I find it relaxing , and the customers are happy . Also , the customers will always come back because you are giving them what they like and they will tell their friends .

My name is Shannon and I am a mother of three and also a photographer . I am currently attending TAOND - The Academy of Nail Design as I really want to help make people feel good and also Nail Art brings out the creative side in myself .
Doing this course online has allowed me to study and work from home so I can look after my kids . I am really enjoying the course and meeting new people from all over the world !
I look forward to what 2017 brings !

I am doing The Academy of Nail Design-TAOND to refresh my nail studies because I took a year off from studying . Now I am working on getting my full license and I am studying for the State Board .
