POETRY
Poetry has to improve things.
It’s a walled rose for a reason
navigating blood and roads.
I mean poetry that is wielded.
I mean poetry that is sung.
The true, unique.
It has to move the ill-disposed things,
soups and tears,
the ways to scream, to fall in love.
It has to disturb the empty light
and take over shackles and blinds.
Poetry has to improve Saturdays,
wine
and the bureaucrats’ liver without faith.
Poetry has.
Has to turn everything around.
Smiles, where needed,
the already long brides’ waitings,
economic plans, hunger.
Poetry can.
It’s a crazy flower for a reason
which transforms into a bird and a hammer.
And it is necessary to move forward with the morning
and shrink the sweat (the sun knows).
Poetry shouts that hope.
Poetry will do it.
Poetry and us.
