Pearl FLORES. Born in Zacatecas, Mexico
integrates the Orquesta Sinfónica
Nacional de la República Argentina as
the first violin. With a career that goes
through the Orquesta Arquetípica, the
Orquesta Típica of Ariel Ardit and the
Selección Nacional de Tango, she is
violinist of the SCIAMMARELLA TANGO
line-up.
Sciammarella

The group, whose members
are female musicians that have
performed in the best tango
orchestras in Buenos Aires,
proposes an original approach to
composer Rodolfo Sciammarella’s
songs, and a repertoire of
“French-Argentinian” tangos,
thanks to its link to France
through its writers or lyrics.
With the institutional endorsement
of the Argentinian Chancellery,
the group performed in the
representation of our country in
France, in an exclusive concert at
the Tarbes Tango Festival 2015.
Denise SCIAMMARELLA. Formed vocally
by Hernando Irahola, Lidia Borda, and
Osvaldo Peredo, she is the founder
and voice of SCIAMMARELLA TANGO.
Ph.D. in Physics from the UBA, she has
specialized in the study of voice since its
incorporation in 2001 to the French state
research organization (CNRS).
Cindy HARCHA. Born in Santiago de
Chile, lives in Buenos Aires
dedicating herself fully to tango. Formed

Hanel YEON. Pianist and bandoneón
player from South Korea, she settled in
Buenos Aires in 2008, where her passion
for tango led her to perfect herself
in both instruments. She integrates
the Orquesta Escuela de Tango Emilio
Balcarce and SCIAMMARELLA TANGO
Geraldina CARNICINA. From Bahía
Blanca, Argentina disciple of Horacio
Cabarcos, y and a career in different
orchestras, among them, the Orquesta
Académica del Teatro Colón, she plays
double bass on SCIAMMARELLA TANGO.
Mariana ATAMÁS. Ukrainian violinist
resides in Buenos Aires since 1999.
with a career that includes stable staff
positions in the Orquesta Estable of
Teatro Colón and the Orquesta del Tango
de Buenos Aires, she joins as a violinist
of SCIAMMARELLA TANGO in 2014.
Shino OHNAGA. Originally from Osaka,
Japan, she studied piano and the
harpsichord. In 2009 she made the
first trip to Buenos Aires to specialize in
the genre. A resident of Buenos Aires
since 2013, integrates the Orquesta
Escuela de Tango ‘Emilio Balcarce’ and
SCIAMMARELLA TANGO since 2014.
