ORDER
A verified petition for the judicial reconstitution
of the original copy of Transfer Certificate of Title No.
T-76976 Registry of Deeds for Nasugbu, Batangas has
been filed by petitioner Loreto Ormindo.
Finding the petition to be sufficient in form and
substance, the same is set for hearing on March 26, 2019 at
8:30 o’clock in the morning before this court, sitting at the
Hall of Justice, Regional Trial Court, Balayan, Batangas,
at which time, date and place any interested person is
hereby ordered to show cause why the petition should not
be granted.
The Land Registration Authority (LRA) is hereby
directed to have the Notice of Hearing published at the
expense of the petitioner for two (2) successive issues in
the Official Gazette.
Let this Order likewise be published at the
expense of the petitioner once a week for three (3)
consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation
in the Province of Batangas
Furthermore, let this Order be posted at the
main door of the Provincial Building of Batangas and
the Bulletin Board of the Hall of Justice, Regional Trial
Court Balayan, Batangas and at the Bulletin Board of the
Municipal Building of Calatagan, Batangas at the expense
of the petitioner.
Notify the Office of the Land Registration
Authority and the Office of the Register of Deeds of
Nasugbu, Batangas, who may if desired, file within
fifteen (15) days from receipt hereof or from last date of
publication of their petitioner.
The petitioner is hereby ordered to furnish the
Land Registration Authority and the Register of Deeds
of Nasugbu, Batangas and the adjoining owners of the
subject land, within fifteen (15) days from the receipt
hereof, a copy of the petition and its annexes and manifest
to this Court compliance herewith.

DUMALO si Gov. Dodo Mandanas sa idinaos na 1st
Ibaan District Teachers Convention na ginanap noong ika-
25 ng Oktubre 2018 sa Provincial Auditorium, Capitol
Compound, Batangas City.
Sa gabay ng temang “Strengthening Culture
of Excellence in Teaching and Learning”, layon ng
kombensyon na mas mapataas ang antas ng edukasyon
sa pamamagitan ng lalo pang mas pagpaparunong sa mga
guro.
Ang kombensyon, na dinaluhan din ni Ibaan
Mayor Danny Toreja, ay dinaluhan ng mga kinatawan
ng mga paaralan sa distrito ng Ibaan kung saan 18 ang
pampubliko at tatlo ang pribadong. Binuo ito ng 16 na
elementarya habang 3 ang sekondarya.
Lubos na ikinatuwa ng gobernador ang mga
pagsisikap na mas pagbutihin ang mga programang
pang-edukasyon sa lalawigan kaya naman nagbigay ang
pamahalaang panlalawigan ng Batangas ng mga bagong
kagamitan para sa mga eskwelahan sa Ibaan gaya ng mga laptop, at small appliances.
Kaugnay dito, nagbigay si Gov. Mandanas ng
dalawa pang laptop para sa Brgy. Mabalor at District
Office at isang sasakyan para sa District Supervisor ng
Ibaan. Dagdag pa niya, nauna mang mabigyan ang District
Supervisor ay asahang makatatanggap rin ang ibang mga
dibisyon sa distrito kasama ang mga ihahandog na mga
tablet at LED sa mga eskwelahan.
Samantala, binigyang-diin din ng Ama ng
Lalawigan na noong siya ay umupo bilang gobernador
ay mayroon lamang isang libong mga iskolar. Ngayong
taon ay naging 22,000 na ang mga educational assistance
beneficiaries at inaasahang sa susunod na taon ay aakyat pa
ito sa mahigit kumulang na 30,000.
Ikinatuwa naman ng mga dumalo ang isinaad
ni Gov. Dodo Mandanas na kanya nang pinirmahan ang
purchase request na nagkakahalagang mahigit kumulang
P4,700,000 na nakalaan para sa pagbili ng medical

QUEZON CITY -- Following the expected landfall
of Tropical Depression Samuel this Tuesday evening,
the Department of Social Welfare and Development
(DSWD) is now preparing its resources for
augmentation to DSWD Field Offices (FOs) that will
be possibly affected by the weather disturbance.
Based on the report provided by PAGASA,
Signal No. 1 is now raised in the areas of Masbate
including Ticao Island, Romblon, southern part
of Oriental Mindoro, southern part of Occidental
Mindoro, northern part of Palawan including Cuyo
and Calamian Group of Islands, Norther Samar,
Easter Samar, Samar, Biliran, Leyte, Southern Leyte,
Bohol, Cebu, Siquijor, Negros Oriental, Negros
Occidental, Guimaras, Iloilo. Capiz, Aklan, Antique, Dinagat Islands, Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur,
Augusan del Norte, Agusan del Sur, Misamis Oriental,
and Camiguin.
“Our Disaster Response and Management
Bureau is closely monitoring disaster reports
from affected DSWD-FOs for request for resource
augmentation or any technical assistance. All Social
Welfare and Development (SWAD) Teams are now on
standby for logistics and workforce augmentation,”
newly appointed DSWD spokesperson, Assistant
Secretary Glenda Relova said.
Currently, the Department maintains a total
of 374,104 Family Food Packs (FFPs) amounting to
P137,011,608.59 and available Food and Non-food
Items (FNIs) amounting to P879,366,772.05.
In addition, a total of P1,121,491,675.15
standby funds is available in the Central and Field
Offices (FOs) which can be immediately tapped for
quick response operations.
Moreover, family food packs (FFPs) are now being
replenished in all concerned FOs to prepare for their
possible distribution to affected families.
“We urge citizens to continue to prepare and
follow orders from concerned offices to prevent any
loss of lives before, during, and after the onslaught of
‘Samuel,’” Asec. Relova said. (DSWD)
