CHARLES E WATKINS AWARD- S. Wade Malone, Past President 2003, presented Harold Franklin, Past President 2015, with the 2026 Charles E. Watkins, Jr. Award, joined by 2025-2026 President E. Tyron Brown. The Home Depot EVP and General Counsel Theresa Roseborough co-presented the award via video.
