Through these efforts, the ACYL continues to cultivate a diverse, engaged, and empowered pipeline of future leaders within the Atlanta Bar Association.
As we look to the future, we invite all eligible members of the Atlanta legal community to get involved with the ACYL. The strength of our organization lies in the energy and enthusiasm of its members, and we believe that every young lawyer has something valuable to contribute. By joining ACYL, you ' re not just expanding your network or sharpening your professional skills— you’ re helping to shape the future of the legal profession in Atlanta.

As a new lawyer in Atlanta, it can be challenging to figure out how or where to get involved in the legal community. But the Atlanta Council of Younger Lawyers( ACYL) is here to help. The ACYL is open to attorneys who are 36 years of age or younger or who have been in practice less than three years. The ACYL’ s members participate in networking, continuing legal education, and community service events. The ACYL’ s goal is to help integrate the Atlanta Bar Association’ s leaders of tomorrow into the organization today.
