Atlanta Bar Members NEW BALLOT April 16-30 Please VOTE AGAIN
Dear Atlanta Bar Association Member:
Thank you for participating in the Atlanta Bar Association 2026-2027 elections. Atlanta Bar Association elections are the hallmark of our democratic, representative, bar association.
We recently learned that the results from the election cannot be retrieved from the system used by the election service vendor. We have worked with representatives from the election service vendor, numerous times, to try to find a way to retrieve the election results- to no avail. After multiple failed attempts to retrieve the election results, the election service vendor ultimately told us it has done everything it could do to try to retrieve the election results. On Monday, April 7, 2026, the Atlanta Bar Association Board of Directors met to discuss this situation, and decided it is best to conduct a new election, using a different election service vendor.
Therefore, the Atlanta Bar Association has retained a new election service vendor for the Atlanta Bar Association in a re-election. The new vendor is Survey & Ballot Systems(“ SBS”). On Thursday, April 16, 2026, you will receive a new ballot to cast your vote. The new election will be open from Thursday, April 16, 2026, until Thursday, April 30, 2026. The results will be published on Friday, May 1, 2026.
Ballot emails will be sent from Election Coordinator( noreply @ directvote. net). Please add this address to your approved senders to ensure delivery.
