Dispute Resolution Section

The Dispute Resolution Section kicked-off its annual calendar of events with a virtual wind-up on September 6 , 2023 . As the Section Chair , Senior Judge Gail S . The Dispute Resolution Board met throughout the summer to curate the perfect blend of CLE programs versus purely social networking events , and virtual and in person program formats to fulfill our mission to grow our active membership of attorneys and neutrals . We welcome new and renewed members interested in growing , sustaining , or launching their dispute resolution practices . All of us benefit from sharing perspectives , and hearing and learning from each other . Attorneys who use mediation and arbitration to resolve their client ’ s cases and disputes are also welcome to join our section and attend our events .” Modeling their theme of inclusion and collaboration , this year ’ s Dispute Resolution Section Board includes law firm partners and principals , solo practitioners , neutrals affiliated with ADR firms as well as independent mediators and arbitrators , administrative law judges .
