ll wrestlers understand the burden of constantly losing weight every week to make wight. So we've constructed a list of a few foods that will hopefully make the weight cutting process a little easier.

1. Whole Eggs

Whole eggs used to be feared for raising cholesterol but new studies have shown that they don't affect blood cholesterol. They are high in protein, healthy fats, and they can fill you up with a very low amount of calories. Eggs are also very nutrient dense and can provide all the nutrients you need on a calorie restricted diet.

2. Leafy Greens

Leafy greens include kale, spinach, collards, etc. They are low in both calories and carbohdraytes but packed with fiber. Leafy greens are also incredibly nutritious and very high in all sorts of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, so they're great for weight loss.

3. Salmon

Salmon is packed with high quality protein, healthy fats and also has various sorts of important nutrients. Salmon also keeps you full for many hours with relatively few calories.

4. Beans

Beans are high in protein and fiber while also containing some resistant starch. Beans can be very benefitial for weight loss.
