What is the biggest challenge you face during your daily schedule?
I consider myself to be a very small home-based business (it’s just me). My
goal is to keep growing and building up my client base. I hope to reach a point
where I can farm out some of the administrative/social media aspects. They
can be very time consuming and I’d much rather be designing/creating.
What’s been your most popular item or line to date?
So far, my two best sellers have been the labradorite earrings worn by Gina
Rodriguez (Jane) on the hit TV show ‘Jane the Virgin’ and the “la bella vita”
necklace that was part of the 2016 Celebrity Mother’s Day Gifting.
Are there any moments that stand out for you over the years?
In all honesty, one of my favorite moments was when I received the email from
Valerie Guerrero telling me that I was accepted into The Artisan Group. So
many doors have opened up for me that never would have happened without
this amazing group. Having pieces worn on TV and worn at red carpet events
is icing on the cake. I love every minute.
