They say your sense of hearing is the last to go when
you die. Maybe that’s why people always ask “What
song do you want played at your funeral?” I’d want to
hear the sound of all the people that meant something
to me, telling each other stories filled with laughter and
misadventure. That’s how I’ll know I’d have really lived.
