When I began in this industry I was lucky enough to work for bar owners who, for various reasons, wanted to make a loss. So I tried a lot of assorted boozes. In I used to experience flavour like I those early days, I mixed some terrible experience music (I have absolutely no drinks, because I didn’t understand that idea how music ‘works’, but I love it); it building drinks was about creating was just an overwhelming sensory blast balances; where the synaesthesia of that I couldn’t analyse, but it was amazing. flavour comes into its own.
