"The most important aspect of ISM is its strength in terms of human resource and its experienced staff. Such talented staff cannot be found elsewhere. My proudest moment was when I joined ISM and when saw all the students doing extremely well after they passed out. When I meet the ex students and when they praise ISM and the values they have learnt here, nothing makes me feel prouder. What makes me happy is that every moment in ISM is challenging. The challenge lies in instilling values and discipline in students.
The happiest moment in my life was in the academic year 2006-07, because the Social Department was given the best department trophy. This was because of the hundred per cent attendance of all teachers and this happened only once in ISM.
