INFORMATION
ORDERING

All orders placed in January to June for garments that are
not in-stock require a minimum of 25 business days notice
prior to the due date. All orders placed in July to December
for garments that are not in-stock require a minimum of 20
business days notice prior to the due date. An additional 10
business days is required for orders placed in December and
for orders placed outside of Australia.
Any orders required in less business days than specified
above will be subject to a Late Order fee of 10% of the
total invoice price. Sylvia P has the right to refuse orders if it
is placed in less time than specified above.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Sylvia P accepts the following payment methods. All
payment must be made in Australian Dollars ($AUD)

HOW TO MEASURE
Please use the pictures and instructions provided to
measure the athlete. Our garments are made to fit to the
athlete’s body size based on the measurements provided. If
you would like your leotard loose fitting please let us know,
but please do not add extra centimetres to measurements.
Sylvia P Sportswear will not be held liable for garments
which do not fit the athlete due to incorrect measuring.

Sylvia P garments are designed to be machine washed. Do
not hand wash. Please follow the instructions below when
washing the garment every time to maximise its life.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Any order paid in full will be a firm agreement of purchase.
Once manufacturing of garments has begun you shall have
no right to cancel. In the case of a manufacturing defect,
return of products considered to be defective must be
pre-authorised by Sylvia P. All such returns require a return
authorisation number and must be shipped prepaid. Sylvia
P is not responsible for product that has been mistreated,
worn out, had tags removed or where the recommended
care instructions have not been followed.
Sylvia P reserves the right to refuse replacement in such
cases. Requests of such returns must be made within
thirty (30) days of receiving the garment. All non in-stock
garments are made to your specifications and cannot be
exchanged for a different size or different garment.

DO:
• Turn garment inside out
• Machine wash with a small amount of mild liquid
detergent on a short / gentle cycle in cold water
• After washing immediately tumble dry garment on a
low or no heat setting
DO NOT:
• Soak, bleach or use any strong detergent or fabric
softener
• Iron, dry clean or hang dry
• Store garment in direct sunlight or leave to dry
laying flat
• Store garment in plastic bags or leave damp
garment folded or rolled up
