788 BRICKELL PLAZA,
MIAMI, FL 33131
Owners of the renowned
Uruguayan restaurant,
Parador La Huella, have
transplanted their simple,
elemental cooking from the
beach to the Brickell City
Centre. Quinto La Huella,
their first outpost, is a
destination for fine dining
in Miami's newly reinvented
Financial District.

WOOD-FIRED FARE LOCATED IN EAST, MIAMI HOTEL
At the heart of Quinto La Huella's kitchen is the
traditional parrilla, fueled by the passion of head
chef Nano Crespo. The interior has an earthy vibe,
but everything is detailed in a modern way. Tactile
materials like ceramic pottery and tanned leather
create a warmth matched only by its famed grill.
If you’re going to treat yourself to Entrecôte any-
where in Miami, this is the place to do it. Don’t
skimp on the verduras asadas (grilled veggies) ei-
ther – they’re perfectly charred on glowing coals
too. In the later hours head upstairs to Sugar’s
lush rooftop for sunset cocktails. Sink into a teak
framed sofa and watch the tiny lights twinkle in
the trees or grab a seat at the bar and soak in
the skyline (although, the people-watching is just
as good). If our bill was any indication, the Chili
Parador was a favourite (Don Julio Blanco tequi-
la, Tannat wine, agave, lime, Thai chili).
