New and Improved Storage Service
The Society of Will Writers have been
providing a storage solution for members for
years and now trading as The National Will
Archive we’ve made it even easier to store
your client’s documents.
We check and scan all documents and
provide your clients with a certificate of safe
storage with 2 retrieval cards.
Affordable Storage Solution
We offer a low-cost, simple and secure
solution for document storage and you can
even pass these costs onto your client (usually
£30-£40 per year) to provide you and your
business with additional income.
Who can retrieve the Will and how?
Either the client or the member can retrieve
the Will and we’ll provide a handy retrieval
form for you to do this. If the client requests
the Will we will need either the signed retrieval
form or a letter from them for security reasons.
If the retrieval is due to a death we will also
need a copy of the death certificate from the
Executor which will be kept on file.
Property Deed Retrieval
The ‘old style’ traditional deeds are always
sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and we will
invoice the client directly if the deeds have
been requested for any reason other than
death. Upon death the deeds will be sent with
the Will free of charge.
Certainty The National Will Register
Since 2017 we’ve been registering Wills with Certainty at no extra
cost and including those in our store they currently have the location
of over 7 million Wills registered.
SWW Trust Corporation
If the SWW Trust Corporation are named as an executor or trustee
in the Will (either as a sole appointment, joint or reserve at first level)
they will sponsor the storage of that document for you.
