In such case, the name of the Chapter shall be circulated to all chapters by
the National Treasurer.

Termination: If the Chapter does not comply with the policy and procedure that
resulted in the Chapter’s probation or suspension within the prescribed time, it may
be terminated by the National Executive Board. The charter of the Chapter (once
terminated from membership) shall be recalled only by the National Executive
Board.

Section 4.

Chapter Reinstatement

Following the Chapter's suspension from the National Organization, reinstatement
shall only be allowed as prescribed in the National Constitution and Bylaws.
ARTICLE III. Membership
Section 1:

General

A.

Membership in the Chapter is reserved for Active, Associate, Honorary Life, and
Life Members of the Organization that reside in the territorial boundaries as
defined as follows: South of Interstate 20, East of Joe Pool Lake, West of
Highway 175, North of Midlothian, Garland and Mesquite, including the
cities of: Cedar Hill, DeSoto, Duncanville, Garland, Lancaster, Mesquite and
Waxahachie (See Appendix D - SWSD Chapter Boundaries Map).

B.

The Chapter, as existing or established within a boundary-defined area, may recruit
and install members from the entire defined area.

C.

Children of Members
1.

All Members must have Children that participate in Age-Group Activities as
required herein.

2.

The Child(ren) must participate with one of the following age-groups based
on the Child’s age:
a.
Brilliant Bloomers (Ages 2-5 years)
b.
Inquisitive Minds (Ages 6-9 years)
c.
Talented Tweens (Ages 10-12 years)*
d.
All-Stars on the Rise (Ages 13-15 years)
e.
All-Stars (Ages 16-19 years)

* A Talented Tween who qualifies for the Teen Group may ascend to the All-Stars on the Rise upon written
notification by the Member mother to the Program Director by September 1st. All decisions made (or not
made) by September 1st are binding for the balance of the Program Year. All members of the Teen Group
(whether they opt to ascend to All-Stars on the Rise or not) will be invited to audit Teen Auxiliary meetings and
activities throughout the Program Year as deemed appropriate by the Teen Sponsor.
