whoever drives in. The defensive strategy
was very cunning.
Running plays contributed to the Baws
close game, the structure of their offensive
game left the Publico Dragons clueless
leaving them to struggle to keep their
postions in defense. The need to score
more points to even up the score was
making the Baws force the ball, eventually
turning the ball over. The decision making
of when they were passing the ball were
always intercepted, they needed to vary
more of their passes such as a quick chest
pass, bounce pass, etc. There was too
many high passes. Throughout whole game
the Publico Dragons were always infront of
the Baws, completely destroying them.
They gave them no mercy.
Easily, the Publico Dragons
kept on making their shots.
Coming to the last few
seconds of the game, it was
only a six point lead for the
Publico Dragons, the Baws
had to score fast however
the speed and instesity was
too much for the Baws, they
missed shot after shot. The
defense of the Publico
Dragons were excellent,
they pressured each shooter
so they would have no
choice but to pass the ball
out.
The 2013 Spring Mens
Champions was the Publico
Dragons. They had an
amazing game and played
the game aggressively from
start to ?nish.
