Former LA Laker,
Dwight howard,
decided to sign
with the Houston Rockets on July 5th.
He had a choice to choose to re-sign
with the Los Angeles Lakers, or sign
with the Dallas Mavericks, Golden
State Warriors, Atlanta Hawks or the
Houston Rockets. Eventually for two
weeks of intensity he chose to sign with
the Houston Rockets. Dwight Howard’s
deal with Houston is worth eight million
over four years. If Howard would have
stayed in LA he could've earned thirty
million extra and one more season
showing that it’s not only about the
money, it’s about getting a
championship.
After deciding to sign with the Houston
rockets, he tweeted “I’ve decided to
become a member of the Houston
Rockets, I feel it’s the best place for me
and I am
excited about
joining the
Rockets and
I’m looking
forward to a
great season.
I want to
thank the fans
in Los
Angeles and
wish them the
best”
The question
is, is H-Town
really the best
place for
Howard?

Swish mag thinks yes. There was no
wrong decision in signing with the rockets,
he now has a larger chance in winning a
championship. With superstar James
Harden by his side they can become a
dynamic duo and potential NBA
champions. The way Howard plays can
help the team win games, he would lure in
double teams in and would pass the ball to
the outside shooters such as James
Harden, Chandler Parsons and Jeremy Lin
who have outstanding aim. The Houston
rockets are a better team than the Lakers
because of their team-play, skills and
young age.
