Step #18:
Switch to black thread. To tie in the wing place the wing on the top of the hook and pinch; firmly holding the wing in place. Make 2 loose wraps and pull straight up and then follow that with 4-5 tight wraps to hold the wing in place. Make sure to only wrap on top of the thread of the wing and not behind and also to keep those tag ends forward.
Step #19:
Clip the tag ends close and neat. Also clip the tags of thread when they are secured.
